Heritage Village Assisted Living & Memory Care

Heritage Village Assisted Living is located in Mesa, Arizona, a large suburb of Phoenix. It strives to be a self-reliant community, so the amenities and features that residents need for a comfortable lifestyle are included on-site. Heritage Village Assisted Living has eight individual homes that each have 16 private bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Residents of these homes use common living areas and share outdoor and community amenities. The community has its own raised gardens where residents can spend time growing fruits and vegetables that are used in daily meals, and a beautiful outdoor living area with covered patios, patio furniture and secure block walls provides space for enjoying the outdoors. In the common area, residents have access to an activity and exercise room for various events. Residents have help with activities of daily living, including dressing and bathing.
