Ratio of 1:8 – 1:5; the ratio of care staff to resident is determined by the amount of care our residents are needing at any given time. The ratio is fluid and changing based on our resident’s needs.

Twice daily our care staff has a meeting with timely training included. There are monthly fire drills to stay on top of protocols. There is monthly online training. New hire training. New resident training so that our staff is familiar with each new resident and their individualized care plan and needs, as well as their likes and interests.
