BeeHive Homes of Yuma consists of two separately licensed neighborhoods that offer a true family-like atmosphere. This assisted living community is a couple of blocks from a local Walmart and Yuma Regional Medical Center. Each single-level home has a front patio, landscaped backyard and cozy living and dining areas, and there are larger private suites that can accommodate couples. In addition to providing a smaller environment for comfortable aging, the facility has a staff ratio of at least one caregiver per five residents. The certified staff provides 24-hour supervision and necessary assistance with mobility, personal hygiene and medications. Residents are served home-cooked meals that are dietitian-approved, as well as daily recreational and social activities.
