Rialto Retirement Home

Rialto Assisted Living provides assisted living in a comfortable setting. A full-time activity director is on-site to create a rotating program of activities including weekly shopping, exercise groups, art and games, ensuring residents stay cognitively, socially and physically engaged. Local transportation is offered for both medical appointments and off-site activities within the community. Call lights are available in each room and bathroom for safety and security. Staff members assist with housekeeping, laundry and general tasks to improve the quality of life of residents. Three meals a day are thoughtfully prepared for residents and are coordinated by a registered dietician. Levels of care and assistance are tailored to each individual resident based on needs and levels of independence.
