Its service includes 24-hour personalized care that offers daily living assistance so that dressing, bathing and grooming won't be obstacles to living an independent and fulfilling life. Seniors also receive medication reminders to help them stay healthy and can make themselves at home in private rooms that are designed with comfort and accessibility in mind. In-room kitchenettes allow residents to dine privately but they can also enjoy the community's delicious and nutritious daily meals in the dining room while chatting with each other. there are several common areas such as the lobby, outdoor patio and library where seniors can gather or relax on their own. The community keeps its seniors engaged and stimulated by hosting up to seven scheduled daily activities seven days a week that target creativity, social interaction, active lifestyles and spiritual or religious wellness.

Spring Village of Danbury is an active senior community. The average age of our residents is 85 but many are young at heart. Our residents like to be kept active with many different activities, their favorites include: any type of musical entertainment, art, a lively Bingo Game, current event discussions, puzzles and board games, book club, Baking with Dani, exercise, happy hour and a good movie to name just a few!
Residents enjoy daily range of motion exercises, spiritual enrichment, dance classes, meditation classes, reflective discussion groups along with individual activities.
Spring Village at Danbury has beautiful outdoor gardens that many residents and families enjoy.
Spring Village at Danbury has a beautiful handicapped accessible van that can transport our residents.
Our Chef Dani along with having exceptional culinary skills is known for her Serving Heart. Dani has a knack for attention to details in every aspect of the Dining Services provided to the residents at Spring Village at Danbury.
Spring Village of Danbury enjoys a State of the Art Security system throughout the community along with our Nursing Call System.
Our commitment is to provide open communication to our residents and their families on an ongoing basis. We accomplish this through in-person family care meetings, phone or email. We encourage our families to reach out to us at anytime if they have questions, concerns or feedback. Our enrichment team will reach out to family members as well via email to share community activities their family member might be engaged in on any given day. A note and picture of your mom or dad enjoying the day is always a welcomed email for our family members.
We follow state guidelines for staffing ratios.
We are a pet-friendly community. Residents who have dogs or cats in the community are able to have their furry friends on a leash within the community and enjoy the outside community grounds.
Our care staff receives a minimum 12 Hours of Continuing Education per year along with all state required education. Spring Village at Danbury does training and in-servicing throughout the calendar year as our nursing staff identifies additional training needs of our staff. We are very proud of our staff. Our goal is to hire caregivers who come to us with Serving Hearts.
The community recently installed a State of the Art Security System.
