Lexington Place

Lexington Place offers a Life Enrichment program dedicated to helping residents enjoy their golden years with as much independence as they desire. For those who need a hand with bathing and grooming, escorts to meals and activities or light medical care, compassionate aides are here to help. Each resident receives a personal care plan, adaptable as their needs change, such as a transition from assisted living to memory care. Different social programs, each specially designed to stimulate the mind, exercise the body or simply provide a creative outlet are scheduled throughout the week. Group celebrations and outings allow residents to come together and socialize. Outside, a covered patio and landscaped grounds are a relaxing place for seniors to enjoy fresh air and sunshine. Small pets are welcome in the assisted living and independent living wings. Transportation and private parking are available.
