Brookdale Chambrel Pinecastle is a pet-friendly assisted living community focused on helping residents live active, fulfilling lives. Housekeeping and laundry services and maintenance are provided. Caregivers are available around the clock to help residents with daily activities such as personal care and medication management. Individualized care plans are developed with input from medical care providers, seniors and families. The dining room serves three daily meals and accommodates special diets. Amenities include Wi-Fi and computer access and an on-site beauty salon, library and theatre. Residents can exercise in the fitness center and socialize with friends in the game room or arts and crafts studio. Spacious landscaped grounds with a fishing pond are perfect for outdoor gatherings and cook-outs. Frequent community outings provide plenty of opportunities for shopping, dining out and visiting cultural and entertainment attractions.

FAQ About Manor Lake Assisted Living & Memory Care
Our community has a very diverse population. The residents in Assisted Living are very active and enjoy activities like, trips to the casino, happy hour with entertainment, preforming in resident driven talent shows and participating in community events.
Our activities program offers options such as Thai-Chi, musical entertainment, pool aerobics in the warmer months, trips out of the community, lunch bunch, bingo and card games.
We have the Paddock Mall within driving distance for residents who enjoy shopping. Ocala also offers many opportunities to participate in local community events such as, Arts and Crafts fairs, equine events and the annual Alzheimer’s walk. We have a local farmers market that some of our residents enjoy visiting. We also have a pond right on our property that many resident enjoy an afternoon stroll at during the day.
Our community offers transportation services Monday thru Friday. On Sundays, we offer transportation to local churches so our residents can attend services.
Our dining program is inclusive of an extremely dynamic team that gears our dining options towards our residents’ preferences. Our dining services director meets with the residents weekly to review the menu and make changes, which meet their preferences. Our dining team provides excellent customer service and consistently seeks to improve the resident experience.
All of our residents receive a pendant upon move in. The pendant allows our residents who push for help throughout the community and outside on the grounds. We also offer a concierge at our front desk who ensures that our visitors sign in and out of our community. Our concierge team is schedule from 8 am to 8 pm at which time our front doors are locked to ensure that we are aware of who is in our community.
Our Executive Director and leadership team strive to follow up timely to all residents and family requests and concerns. Our Executive Director provides a newsletter to families monthly to ensure that they are aware of what our activities, upcoming events and any changes within the community.
From 7 am to 11 pm we have 3 resident care aids and a nurse. During our 11 pm to 7 am shifts we have a nurse and 2 resident care aids in the community.
Our community is pet friendly. Residents have an opportunity for a first floor apartment which has a patio for their pets if one is available. We also have a walk area around our pond for our residents to be able to take their pets for walks in a safe environment.
Our associates have a monthly training, which covers a variety of topics that are all based around the senior living environment. Additionally, each associate attends an 8 hour Alzheimer’s training course, which is presented by our state approved instructor. IN addition to this, the associates have an annual refresher course. We meet with our teams monthly to review any changes in policy and procedure and ensure that there is constant communication with our teams.
