We have a wheelchair accessible van which can hold 2 wheelchairs.
Grace House has a van to transport residents as needed to doctor's appointments.
Grace House's three full time chefs prepare fantastic meals daily. Each has been delighting our Residents and families at Grace House for over 10 years. Tell us what you crave and Teresa, Henry and Mo can make it happen.
Grace House offers Wander Guards.
Grace House is equiped with monitored fire alarms. Each suite comes with a call button in the restroom and one in the bedroom.
We call the family regularly and always make ourselves available to the family. Many residents use skilled services, which communicates to the famlies as well.
