Courtyard Plaza provides assisted living, hospice care, memory care and short-term rehabilitation. Each private suite in this community has a private bathroom and a kitchenette, with one-bedroom apartments and shared rooms available. The community's maintenance-free living includes housekeeping and linen service, concierge service, move-in coordination and transportation (non-medical and community-owned). Courtyard Plaza residents receive assistance with activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming and bathing, as well as coordination with healthcare providers, transportation to doctor's appointments, medication management, and meal preparation and service. A higher level of care that includes round-the-clock monitoring and assistance for those with moderate cognitive impairment, dementia and Alzheimer's disease is available.
