Brookdale Orange Park is a memory care and assisted living community that offers a continuum of care so that residents can continue to receive aid as they need it, and only pay for the level of care that they need. Personalized care plans are drafted for each resident so that they can maintain independence but receive supportive services as needed. Caregivers are available 24/7 and residents have access to three meals prepared from scratch daily in the community dining area. Residents can often be found chatting by the fireplace with family, walking along the landscaped grounds, taking part in regular crafts and arts activities or finding a new book in the cozy library.

All of our meals are prepared from scratch with only the freshest ingredients used. We have a special for lunch and dinner every day and there is an extensive list of always available items that are offered every day!
