Gardens of North Port

Sprawled on a large, well-manicured property just a short drive from Myakka River State Park, Gardens of North Port is a senior community for independent and assisted living residents. Seniors stay in fully furnished, oversized apartments that include kitchenettes and, in some floorplans, private patios or porches. Dedicated caregivers supervise the administration of medication and help with personal care needs as requested in addition to providing daily housekeeping and laundry/linen service to allow seniors to make the most of each day. Scheduled activities and events, such as live entertainment and social hours, give residents plenty of opportunities to stay active, but seniors can choose their own daily plans as well, from shopping in nearby Port Charlotte to lounging in the community's enclosed courtyard.
