We are a very active community with a sense of family that's been mentioned by our current residents and how they look out for one another.
We offer six daily activities per day. We offer Live 2 B Healthy exercises that is open to the public as well on Monday's, Wednesday's, and Friday's at 1045AM. If you'd like to come exercise and have lunch after please contact Nathan at 515-250-3052
We are mere blocks away from downtown Beaverdale, one of Des Moines oldest and bustling neighborhoods.
We provide FREE transportation in the Des Moines Metro to all of our residents.
We offer restaurant style dining with daily specials. If the daily special isn't for you, we have an any time menu that you may order from. Our anytime menu changes with the month based on what our residents like to eat. Come in, sit down, and let us take your order. No tipping allowed!
Our community self locks at 7PM every evening and open up at 7AM. You are free to come and go as you please but don't forget your keyfob!
We strive to keep you in the loop as much as possible. We have a program where you can easily reach out to your loved ones as well, right through their TV's!
Our staffing is based on needs and not just a number. We feel cares vary from one person to the next, so we staff accordingly.
