All apartments feature in-bathroom health alerts, wall-mounted televisions, individual climate controls and internet access. Three deluxe studios boast bathrooms with double vanities for seniors who wish to live with a companion. Scheduled grocery deliveries, guest dining and on-site beauty treatments, including Botox injections for pain management, are among the extra services available.
