The Haven at Windermere

The Haven at Windermere is a privately owned senior community providing independent and assisted living options in a luxurious residential setting. All plans are inclusive of comfortable one- or two-bedroom accommodations, well-balanced meals and a full calendar of engaging social and religious activities. The director of resident care services designs individual care plans for assisted living residents, with a three-tier program offering varying levels of personalized support. Well-being checks, transfer assistance and incontinence management are included in the highest level of care. The community partners with Carepass, an independent contractor, to provide on-site medication services for residents under the supervision of qualified nurses. A 24-hour video surveillance system ensures close monitoring of residents, and an around-the-clock staff promptly responds to emergency issues. At The Haven, seniors participate in scheduled outings, with safe transportation services provided through the community-owned wheelchair-accessible bus.
