Old Main Village is an assisted and independent living community with a historically rich campus, which is partially made up of the old Mankato State University campus. This 73-bed community is based in the heart of Mankato, Minnesota, a small town with roughly 42,931 residents, near the slow-flowing Minnesota River, Rasmussen Woods, Land of Memories Park and Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato. Old Main Village's residents can participate in as many as six community events and activities every day, including board games, competitive brain fitness activities, group exercises, low-effort stretching sessions and movie showings. This community has a total of eight upscale, well-equipped floor plans that range from 496-square-foot studios to 1,192-square-foot two-bedroom apartments, all of which come with emergency call systems, mobility-improving bathrooms and kitchenettes or full kitchens.
