Dominican Village, which is registered as a nonprofit organization, is an assisted living and independent living community that was established by the Sisters of St. Dominic. It's located in the small town of Amityville in Long Island, New York, near South Oyster Bay, Jones Beach Island, Gilgo State Park and Edgewood Oak Brush Plains Preserve.
