The Nottingham

The Nottingham is an assisted living community offering residents help with some of the activities of daily living while residing in a luxurious, hotel-like atmosphere. The spacious apartments have a kitchenette and private bathroom, with laundry and housekeeping services provided. Residents have access to the on-site heated indoor swimming pool and whirlpool tub where they can take part in the Arthritis Swim, Open Swim and Aquatic Wellness and Balance programs available. Other amenities include a fully-equipped fitness room, beauty salon, well-stocked library and a wireless internet lounge. Restaurant-style meals are available daily and chosen from a nutritionally sound, resident-driven menu. Physical and occupational therapy services are available in addition to a wide range of extra services, including meal escorts, oxygen therapy massage. Seniors can partake in many recreational activities, such as outings, games, music, Wii sports and arts and crafts.
