The Oaks at Lebanon

The Oaks at Lebanon is an assisted living and independent living community that houses up to 104 seniors. It's based in Lebanon, Oregon, near Lebanon State Airport, the South Santiam River and Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital. To make seniors' lives easier, medical and residential care services include medication management, daily living assistance, personal care, housekeeping and laundry service. Residents can get involved with the community's recreational activities, which include current events discussions, group exercise classes, and the community's Lifelong Learning University classes, which bring in local experts. The Oaks at Lebanon's SPARK program gives residents a sense of belonging through local volunteering projects and active resident committees.
