Licensed nursing staff members remain on staff around the clock to manage residents' chronic health issues and intermittent medical symptoms. With multiple floor plans available, all of the community's apartments include kitchenettes and individually controlled central air units, In 2020, the community was nationally recognized for customer and employee satisfaction by NRC Health.

FAQ About Manor Lake Assisted Living & Memory Care
There are a wide range of activities offered 7 days a week for the residents to participate in. These range from spiritual, physical exercise, religious, entertainers, crafts, puzzles, outings for lunch and other sites, cognitive exercises, and many more.
We are within walking distance to a shopping center that contains a Kohls, Marshalls, Food Lion, Chick-fil-a, and many more stores. We are also within walking distance to a large medical office building.
Transportation by our facility bus is available for appointments and outings. Transportation to two personal appointments is included in the monthly rent.
Breakfast is made to order from a menu and there is a special every day, also. For lunch and dinner, there is always soup of the day, salad bar, and a main entrée. If none of those options appeal to you, there are about a dozen other items available on the menu.
We are staffed 24/7. The front door will lock itself at 7:30pm and unlock itself at 8:00am. Families and Residents can still enter and exit the facility with a code.
Families will receive a phone call or an email from the nursing staff regarding any changes or issues regarding their loved one.
Depending upon on the level of care, it is one or two caregivers to 15 residents.
Staff participates in various in-services and other programs throughout the year to enhance their caregiving skills.
We are staffed 24/7 and are small enough of a facility that we know where everyone is at any given time. If the resident is in danger of wandering off the premises, we will transfer them to the secured unit.
