All its luxury apartments are maintenance-free and feature wall-to-wall carpeting, individual climate controls, private indoor mailboxes, extra-large closets and walk-in or roll-in showers with grab bars. Professional caregivers are available 24/7 to help residents with showering, grooming, medication management, errands and participation in recreational activities, while an on-site registered nurse provides clinical oversight. Residents are encouraged to take part in regular social activities and outings, such as movie nights, bingo, yoga, devotional services, group walks, tai chi and arts and crafts. Pets are welcome in private quarters, and on-site amenities include a hair salon, a spacious dining room, scheduled transportation and weekly housekeeping and laundry services.
