Opened in 2017, Aspire Senior Living is a 136-suite community that offers independent and assisted living along with enhanced assisted living and memory care services. The state-of-the-art assisted living suites feature kitchenettes, in-floor radiant heating and private bathrooms complete with barrier-free walk-in showers. Residents receive wearable call pendants to contact in-house staff at any time, and there's a guest suite where out-of-town family and friends can stay while visiting.

FAQ About Manor Lake Assisted Living & Memory Care
Our average age at Aspire is between 74-84. Our favorite things to do is exercise daily, water aerobics in the warm water pool twice/week, entertainment, outings on our community bus and watching movies in our theatre.
A variety of programs are offered to meet each individual needs. We offering physical programs to include exercise, chair yoga, water aerobics and walking club. We offer musical programs to include onsite entertainment! We offer hands on programs to stimulate our mind such as card games, Dynseo, crafts and baking/cooking club.
There are a variety of local stores and places near Aspire. The Valley Grand cinema is across the street, Festival foods is about 2 blocks away and we are close to various shopping centers.
We offer a community bus which makes a weekly trip to the grocery store and retail store. Once a week we also go venture to a restaurant or local establishment (i.e. casino, museum, music in the park and more)
Our Chef's prepare nutritious home made meals to entertain anyone's taste buds! You can expect fresh vegetables, homemade soup, warm breads and delicious desserts. We are always enhancing our dining experience to make it more pleasurable for all.
Safety is important to Aspire. Our main doors are open to the public from 8a-6p. Outside of these hours, visitors must contact staff for entry. In addition, we have a secure living area for those residents who suffer from Alzheimer's/Dementia and need increased safety measures.
Aspire offers a clinical model to include 24h/day Licensed Practical Nursing staff. Our LPN's communicate frequently with resident's physicians, families and the team to ensure each resident receives quality care.
Aspire welcomes family pets! We have a variety of open spaces outdoors for your furry family to enjoy to include a patio and walking path. In addition, we are right next to the CE trail so you can take your pet on a walk.
Our staff receives ongoing training on a month to month basis through an online program called Relias. Through Relias our team is able to learn about various clinical aspects that assist them in their day to day duties. Our team meets daily to focus on care needs and training relevant to their roles.
Aspire completes an assessment upon admission called Life Story. The life story helps us understand your loved one and their interests. Outside each apartment there is a shadow box that we encourage families to share pictures of their loved one to assist in memories and conversation.
Aspire's Director of Nursing completes any health assessment for residents residing at Aspire. We assess prior to admission, 30-days after admission and every 6 months unless there is a change in condition that requires a change to resident care.
Aspire understands the needs of residents with memory care during meal time. Menus offer pictures vs. words to assist in understanding meal items. Residents are served at the table and individual preferences are identified in a dietary assessment upon admission to ensure residents are able to have items they enjoy.
