Brook Gardens Place

Brooks Garden Place is a senior living community that provides a personalized small-town environment. Here, residents receive care plans that are tailored to their individual preferences and requirements. A registered nurse is available 24 hours a day to provide health and wellness care, including medication management and medical supervision. Brook Gardens Place's assisted living program features assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing and grooming. Residents receive daily meals and snacks per a dietician-supervised menu. The meals are chef-prepared, and additional snacks are offered throughout the day. Care is provided for chronic conditions such as diabetes. Brook Gardens Place offers several enrichment opportunities for seniors to interact socially and be actively and cognitively engaged. There are classes in fitness and arts and crafts for them to participate in. Scheduled transportation is provided for appointments, errands and excursions.
